History
Every incident includes what happened, how long it lasted and what we changed to prevent it.
Webhook events were delayed by up to 12 minutes for about 40 minutes while the delivery queue scaled. No events were lost. The trigger was a burst of retries after one customer's endpoint went offline; per-endpoint retry limits have since been added.
A cache rule misconfiguration added roughly two seconds to dashboard load times for EU workspaces over 25 minutes. Rolled back; configuration changes now go through a staged rollout.
Score recalculation lagged by up to 6 minutes for 18 minutes during a database failover. Events were queued and processed in order once the failover completed.
A deployment applied the wrong rate-limit tier to some Team-plan API keys, returning 429 errors for about eight minutes. The deploy was reverted and a test for rate-limit tiers was added.
