Careers

Help revenue teams spend their time on the right conversations.

We're a remote-first team of eighteen, profitable and independent. We hire slowly, pay transparently and give people real ownership of meaningful problems.

How we work

Small teams, long focus, written decisions.

Our way of working is designed to protect focus and make remote work genuinely good — not a compromise.

Async by default
Most communication happens in writing. Meetings are for decisions that need a conversation, and most people have fewer than five hours of them a week.
Small, autonomous teams
Two to four people own a problem end to end — from talking to customers to shipping and supporting the result. No hand-offs between departments.
Six-week cycles
Teams commit to a problem for six weeks, then take a two-week cool-down for fixes, exploration and rest. No sprint theatre, no daily standups.
Everyone talks to customers
Engineers, designers and founders all take support shifts and join customer calls. It's the fastest way to know what matters.
Together twice a year
We meet in person for a week, twice a year, somewhere reachable for everyone. Travel and accommodation are covered.

Benefits

Looked after, wherever you live.

Benefits are the same for every role and every level. Where local law or providers differ, we match the intent in each country.

Health coverage

Medical, dental and vision from your first day, for you and your dependents, in every country we hire in. Premiums are fully covered.

Time off that gets used

25 days of paid leave plus local public holidays, and a company-wide week off at year end. Managers check that you actually take it.

Parental leave

20 weeks fully paid for every new parent, regardless of gender or how your family grows, with a phased return if you want one.

Meaningful equity

Every hire receives stock options with a four-year vest and one-year cliff, a 10-year exercise window, and a written explanation of what they could be worth.

Learning budget

$1,500 per year for courses, books and conferences. No approval chain for anything under that — just share what you learned.

Home office

$1,000 to set up your workspace, a laptop of your choice every three years, and a monthly stipend for internet or a coworking space.

Open roles

5 positions open right now.

All roles are fully remote. Where a role lists time zones, it's because of the customers or teammates you'd work with most.

Questions

Things candidates often ask.

Can I work from anywhere?
Almost. We hire in most countries through our own entities or an employer of record. A few countries aren't possible for legal or tax reasons — ask us early if you're unsure. Some roles need several hours of overlap with specific time zones; that's stated in the listing.
How are salaries set?
Each role has a published range per level. Your level is decided from the interview process, and the salary follows from it. We don't adjust based on current salary or negotiation, and we review pay for everyone once a year.
Do you sponsor visas?
Because we're fully remote, we generally hire people where they already have the right to work, rather than relocating anyone. That means visa sponsorship is rarely needed.
What does the practical exercise look like?
It's a small version of real work — for engineers, a focused change to a simplified service; for designers, a flow critique and proposal; for sales, a mock discovery call. You'll know the format and time expected in advance, and we pay for your time.
I don't meet every requirement. Should I apply?
Yes. Requirements describe the kind of experience that tends to work well, not a checklist. If the work excites you and you can show how you'd approach it, apply.
